SRVUSD State-Funded Preschool
SRVUSD offers a California State Preschool Program (CSPP) for 3 and 4 year old children of eligible families. Our highly qualified, credentialed teachers utilize the California Preschool Foundations and Frameworks to provide school readiness opportunities in the classrooms at Live Oak and Walt Disney Elementary Schools. The program offers a 1:8 staff-to-student ratio and operates 5 afternoons a week with a minimum of 3 hours/day. Eligibility Requirements
The program is designed to assist families in need including those who are income-eligible, aid recipients, unhoused, or have foster children.,
Children must be 100% potty trained to participate. Transportation is not provided.

A pre-screening application must be submitted to assist with prioritizing 抖音阴app, as there are specific eligibility requirements. Please note that the pre-screening application asks for gross monthly income. Families who meet the eligibility requirements will be contacted.
Assessment and Services for Special Education- Infant & Preschool
All new 抖音阴app enrolling to be assessed or to participate in our special education infant & preschool programs must first complete the online enrollment process. Once the online enrollment process is completed you will receive an automatic email from SRVUSD with a six (6) digit confirmation number. Please contact Tamara Weatherton at tweatherton@srvusd.net
and provide your confirmation number.
Note: (Please use Firefox or Chrome browser, please do not use Internet Explorer browser or smartphones.) The online application cannot be completed via a smartphone.

Your enrollment is not complete until a Special Education Department staff member has reviewed your application and confirmed completion. All documents, aside from the New Parent Questionnaire, are uploaded into your online enrollment application. Your enrollment package consists of the following documents:
- 2- Proofs of residency -
- Student's Birth Certificate (original) or Passport (original)
- Immunization Record -
- Parent/Guardian Picture ID
- Any form(s) you may have completed during the enrollment process
Incomplete enrollment packages will delay the assessment process.
